CONSENT TO PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR RECRUITMENT PURPOSES
Acting on my own behalf, for the purposes of the recruitment process, I hereby give my consent to SKILLS MATTER sp. z o.o. to process the personal data indicated in the Curriculum Vitae, including my name, surname, education, skills, professional experience, description of participation in projects, trainings attended, certificates held, knowledge of foreign languages. Consent includes the right to transfer the personal data indicated in the preceding sentence to clients and potential clients of SKILLS MATTER Ltd.
INFORMATION ON THE PRINCIPLES OF DATA PROCESSING
SKILLS MATTER sp. z o.o. will process the personal data indicated above for a period of 24 months, subject to the fact that the personal data storage period may be each time extended by the period of limitation of claims that may be related to the recruitment process if the processing of the personal data is necessary for the purposeful pursuit of claims or defense against the claims of the opposing party. Processing will take place for the purpose of evaluating employment opportunities, including through the development of an offer for clients for whom services could be provided with your participation. Koszykowa 61, 00-667 Warsaw, registered in the National Court Register under the number KRS 0000664484; conducted by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Economic Department of the National Court Register, share capital PLN 5,000, REGON: 366601990, NIP: 6342888090. A person who has consented to processing above has the right to demand access to personal data, their rectification, deletion or restriction of processing, the right to object to processing and the right to data portability.
