you know that scene in fairy tales when a couple of big ones are busy fighting and the smallest one takes advantage of the situation?
well, we like to identify ourselves with that third one. our company has been in business since 2021. quite a short time, right? but that doesn't matter - we are no newbies to this business. we have experienced specialists, knowledge and open minds. we really do know our way around it and if it just turns out we can’t help - we will not be afraid to admit that. agility of a cheetah, efficiency of a silver duct tape, ingenuity of inspector gadget.

nothing. we all have the same qualities. our focus is on providing you with the best solutions. timely and professionally. just like other recruitment agencies ;) of course we have a number of other assets, but we won't be revealing all our cards straight away.
we do it with honesty, with a lot of flexibility and an open mind. we tailor each project and commit to it 110%. and at the same time we try to have fun and be cool.

yes, we want us all to be equals. we’re a team. when we need to, we can pull together like Poland at the ’74 World Cup, but we also like to relax. the key is balance – we’re as committed to delivering as much as we are to keeping our people happy and satisfied. there’s probably nothing that boosts efficiency more than feeling happy.
our aim is to create a workplace where everyone feels good. we take care of the atmosphere (we care about the atmosphere), provide support and the right space for everyone. of course, we love our job, but relaxation is just as important. that is why we are one of the first Polish companies to test the four-day working week.
